Online store Storefashions.com is engaged in wholesale sales. Products are not sold in retail.

The minimum order amount is $ 200.

The order of goods is carried out through the basket of the online store or whatsapp, viber, telegramm. When placing an order, you must provide valid mandatory data such as name, city and country, contact phone number, email address. By placing an order you fully accept the terms and conditions for purchasing goods in our store.

After placing the order and receiving it, an invoice with the order will be sent to your email address.

Within three working days, the customer is obliged to make a payment in the amount of from 50 to 100 percent to online store representatives using one of the selected payment methods.

After the prepayment, an order is made within 1-2 working days. The timing of the formation can be increased at the discretion of the online store, but the customer must be notified of this.

After the formation of the order, the store contacts the customers, and informs about the formation of the order. At the time of the end of the order, it is allowed to have from 5 to 30 percent of the ordered models. In these cases, the customer is told what models are not available, offers options for replacing missing goods. The customer has the right to accept replacement, to offer their options for the replacement of the goods. It is also possible to deduct from the total amount of the order the cost of the missing models.

After completing an order by the store, the customer carries out a full payment for the goods ordered. Refusal of the goods or order at this stage is not possible. The amount of the prepayment to the customer in this case is not refundable. If it is impossible to carry out a full payment for the goods by the customer, an order will be sent to him for the amount of the prepayment, minus up to ten percent of the order amount for material costs incurred by the online store.

After the customer has fully paid for the goods, the store sends the order from Turkey to the country of destination. The cost, terms, methods of sending are negotiated separately between the customer and the store, and are not subject to these rules.

All forms of payment (prepayment, full payment, payment for delivery from Turkey to the point of issue of goods in your country, etc., etc.) are carried out in consultation with representatives of the online store.
